When is it time to change? It’s often not as obvious as Peter Brady’s voice cracking, but sometimes it is. Seeing change for what it is and welcoming it as a tool is a vital skill to volunteer managers. Transitioning volunteers into and out of positions requires finesse. Fine tune your skills and share your wisdom with others.
Meghan Kaskoun, CVA, of Arnoff Center for the Arts and Cincinnati Association of Volunteer Administrators will be our presenter. This meeting is free for Miami Valley Association of Volunteer Administrators members to attend, and non-members may attend for just $5. A brief business meeting will take place from 11:30 a.m. to noon, and the presentation will follow.
