What does sustainability mean? How can nonprofits build high-impact programs and sustainable organizations? This session will translate important business principles – including lean start-up, value proposition, and branding – into a nonprofit context. You’ll learn to break down a planning process into easy-to-follow steps for you to right-size a business plan – including a pitch – for your needs. This is a great session for nonprofits who are starting a new initiative or working to build your sustainability.
Presenter Suzanne Smith is a national expert and presenter with Social Impact Architects, based in Dallas. She is also Co-Founder of the Flywheel Social Enterprise Hub in Cincinnati. She holds an MBA with a focus on social enterprise from the Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship at Duke University.

Session will be held in Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley‘s Jack and Sally Eichelberger Community Conference Center.
